In the long term, the battery will have a "memory effect" and cannot complete the saturation charge, which affects the battery's service time.
The daily professional maintenance and maintenance of forklift lead-acid batteries, and the repair and recycling of used batteries have become a hot spot in the industry. The lead sulfate produced by long-term unsaturated forklift batteries can easily block the small holes on the electrode plate, and the effective substances in the deep layer of the electrode plate do not participate in the chemical reaction. In this way, the internal resistance of the battery increases, and the voltage drops quickly, so that the battery cannot discharge all the capacity.
