This is called the work stroke. When the piston reaches the lowest point, the exhaust valve opens and the piston Move upward to discharge the exhaust gas in the cylinder. When the piston almost reaches the top dead center of the piston, the intake valve slowly opens and the exhaust valve closes slowly. When the intake valve opens, the exhaust valve closes slowly. The overlap angle is called intake. Exhaust valve overlap angle, so the four-stroke engine makes 2 revolutions per power stroke. If the standard speed of an engine is 2200 revolutions per minute, then the diesel pump only needs to rotate 1100 revolutions;

4. What performance is the phenomenon of late ignition? The first start emits white smoke, the speed does not rise after starting, and the flame is turned off. As long as it starts in the morning, it can be started all day long, but the ambient temperature is preferably above 0 degrees, because of what , Because we are here above 0 degrees, I think as long as the corresponding diesel can be correctly added, it can start normally at minus 10 degrees. It is better to preheat first if there is preheating. If there is no white smoke, there must be no diesel injection into the cylinder;
5. The relationship between the ignition angle and the engine, if the ignition angle is much later than the specified, it will be difficult to start. It’s directly related to the high water temperature in summer. If you start to emit black smoke early, the most obvious manifestation is the sound of knocking the cylinder. As long as the ignition time is set just right, the water temperature in summer is very low and low. There is no problem at all in the water tank. I have only encountered it twice before, once with Chaochai 4102. After a summer, there is no temperature in the water tank. One is the Yunnei 4100 engine, so the ignition angle is special for the other. It is the fatal connection with the engine after the overhaul.
