What is forklift driving safety rules: 

(1) Must past examination of the related departments and get the “Special Type of Work Operation Certification” from the government organization before driving forklift, and strictly abide by the following safety operation procedures. 

(2) Must study carefully and strictly abide by the procedures, familiar with the vehicle performance and operation area road condition. Master forklift maintenance basic knowledge and skills, do the maintenance work carefully according to the provisions.

(3) It is strictly prohibited to take other persons when driving, no drunk driving, no diet and chat when driving, no phone when driving.

(4) Before using the forklift, should strictly check the whole machine, forbid to drive with faults, cannot get through dangerous or potential dangerous sections. 

What shall driver do before starting the machine:

● Variable speed joystick and mast device lever should be in neutral position before starting, power switch "ON", slightly depress the throttle, press the start button, start the engine.

● If the engine fails to start within 5 seconds, release the button immediately, a second start after1 minute till stopping. If not start three times, should troubleshooting and then start.

● After starting, let the diesel engine idling 5 ~ 10min at 600 ~ 750r/min speed, pay close attention to the instructions of engine instruments, check each part whether is functioning normally.

● Idling until the water temperature reached 55 ℃ (or the oil temperature is above 45 ℃), and the barometer to 0.45Mpa (low pressure alarm buzzer stop alarming), can start driving.

● You can not suddenly accelerate engine at warm-up phase.

● Can not let the engine continuous operate in neutral or low-speed neutral position more than 20 minutes.

● If the engine must be running in neutral gear, the load should be applied from time to time or run in middle speed gear.

Note: before turning off the engine, the lock key can not be left to the off position or pull out.
