1, patrol inspection before starting everyday

● Check whether there are any fissures, over-wear, loose in the fork mast device, oil cylinder and link group tube, and repair it timely.

● Check whether there is filth in or around the engine, radiator, braking hub, and clear away timely.

● Check whether the engine leaks oil, whether cooling system leaks water, and repair it timely.

● Check whether the transmission, drive axle, oil pipe and joint, etc. has leakage, and repair it timely.

● Check whether the braking oil line has leakage and repair is  timely.

● Check whether the tyre was worn down, pay attention to the rim nut looseness, and get rid of it timely.

● Check whether the handrail or footstep is damaged, whether the bolt is loose and repair it timely.

● Check whether the instrument, indicator lights have damage, whether the surface has pollution, and get rid of it timely.  

● Check whether air filter bolt was loose, and fasten it timely.  

● Check whether the connection of steering gear to column bolt is loose, and fasten it timely.  

● Wash the cab glass and ensure good view.
