Can the forklift license drive high-level forklifts? What are the precautions for driving a high-position forklift?
Can the forklift license drive high-level forklifts?
The answer is: no.
The ordinary forklift license is issued by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, while the high-level forklift license is issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the two are not interoperable. Both certificates are universal, but ordinary forklifts need to be reviewed annually.
In addition, it should be noted that whether it is to obtain a forklift license or a high-level forklift license, you must receive professional safety technical training, and you can only work after passing the theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Precautions for driving a high-position forklift
1. Before starting the forklift, check the forklift, check the control system and alarm device, and then drive after all checks are normal.
2. The goods to be transported should be carried in accordance with the specified load weight, and the specified load cannot be exceeded. The forks must be inserted under the goods and the weight is even, then the forks are lifted and moved.
3. When carrying cargo for turning, be sure to slow down. Too fast speed will easily cause front and rear weight changes and change the center of gravity, which is prone to danger.
4. When carrying cargo downhill, if the slope is large, the vehicle should be reversed and downhill in the opposite direction to prevent the front-facing downhill cargo from sliding down due to the slope.
5. The forklift will block a part of the line of sight when carrying large cargo. Be sure to pay attention to the trajectory of the truck to prevent the cargo from scratching or colliding with pedestrians or vehicles and other objects.
6. When leaving the car, try to park the car on a stable road. If there is a slope, you need to find something to pad the wheels. Before parking, you must lower the fork and return the gear to neutral, pull on the handbrake, and then turn off the engine. Power off.
