How to drive SOCMA 30t forklift?

a, When driving, the bottom of forks should keep in 110-200mm distance from the ground, mast must lean back.

b, The goods shall not rise too high when driving, so as not to affect the stability of the forklift truck. In and out of the working places or driving, should pay attention to whether there have barriers over the forklift. Driving with load, shall not operate fork moving cylinder handle, so as to avoid the cargo to drop.

d, If there has people or vehicles when turning, should first issued a traffic signal. High speed or take a sudden turn will lead to tipping, so they are forbidden.  

e, Drive the forklift in a minus grade, it is strictly prohibited to flameout and let the forklift truck slide. Forbid to take a sudden brake when driving with load in normal situation.

f, Should obey the traffic rules in the factory when the forklift is running, must have a safe distance with front vehicles.

g, When it is running, the load must be in the lowest position which will not hamper driving, mast must lean back. Not allow to rise the load besides stacking or loading.

h, The height of the goods mustn’t affect the driver’s sight. If special items influence view, then should drive in low speed when reversing.

i, Prohibited to turn in a rampway, also not allow to stretch across a rampway.

j, Forklift truck plant safety driving speed is 5 km/hour, enter the production workshop areas must be safe driving at low speed.

k, When lifting or driving, people are forbidden to stand in the forks to control the goods.

l, Examine and repair in time if find the problems, never work with problems or keep silence when see the problems.

How to use SOCMA 30t heavy duty forklift to load and unload cargos?

a, When loading materials, should adjust the two forks space according to the requirement and make two forks load balance, and shall not be skewed, one side of the material should be posted on the load-backrest.

b, Forbid to work by one fork or use forks to push or pull materials. Special case pull things must set up safety Warning sigh to remind people around.

c, When loading and unloading materials, must use brake for braking.

d, Drive slowly, pay attention to the wheel, don't roll material skids, or they may jump up and hurt people.

e, When fork materials, the forks should fork to the bottom of materials as deeply as possible, also should pay attention to the prongs, don’t let them touch other material or goods. Should use the minimum retroversion of the mast to stable the goods and avoid the goods slide backward. When putting down the goods can anteverting the mast a little to put down the goods and draw out the forks easily.   

f, Prohibited to fork goods in high speed and use the prongs to crash with hard materials. 

g, When the forks are working, people are prohibited to stand around the forks, or they will be hurt if the goods fall down.   

h, Prohibited to overload and use the forks to lift people to high place working, or it will cause

accident.

i, Must not use brake inertia to slip or put round and easy rolling materials..

j, Must not unload goods by pick or turn over the pallet with forks.
