There are three situations in which the engine burns oil
1. The oil leakage at the valve oil seal is caused by poor quality of the valve oil seal, high engine temperature, or obstructed exhaust gas, which causes a greater impact on the valve oil seal.
2. The crankshaft ventilation mechanism cannot filter the oil, causing the oil to be sucked into the air inlet. In this case, the only way to improve the oil filtering mechanism is to eliminate the malfunction or increase the efficiency.
3. The oil leaks from the piston. This is manifested as carbon deposits on the exhaust side of the throttle valve, but the most harmful. The main reason is the poor quality of the piston and piston ring or insufficient process accuracy, but this is only the appearance, because Nowadays, everyone is half-hearted in the science of engine materials, so under the same material and the same displacement:
Some engines use short-stroke, large-bore pistons, so that the area of the piston ring that bears gas and oil energy is much larger than that of small cylinder diameters and long strokes, so that the area of the piston ring that can withstand gas and oil energy is small, then under the same displacement, the piston ring The push-pull force on the piston is different, the greater the push-pull force, the greater the destructive force of the piston ring on the piston. Under the turbine, the piston ring bears more gas and oil energy, and the piston ring has a greater destructive force on the piston, which increases the degree of oil burning. (Note: The piston ring is stuck in the piston groove. The greater the energy of the piston ring bearing gas and oil, the greater the damage to the piston groove; if there is a problem with the piston groove, the piston ring will not be able to seal the cylinder, and the oil will be burned).
Generally, the simpler and faster way is to add special repair preparations. Specifically, the main ones are as follows:
1. Melting and casting: through soft metal or other special materials (such as early "Teflon") attached to the friction surface instead of the original metal friction, on the one hand to enhance the sealing performance, on the other hand to protect the original friction surface metal. This type of additive can play a certain role in the initial stage of burning oil, but because it is granular and random oil flows, it is easy to block the oil passage and filter element, causing greater failure. In addition, because of its own low hardness, it will gradually become When the oil is changed, the oil will be discharged randomly, and it needs to be added continuously.
2. Forging: The metal is forged on the friction surface through the high temperature and high pressure inside the engine when it is working, forming a new friction surface, increasing the size of the original workpiece, enhancing the seal, and protecting the original friction surface. This kind of additives is relatively rare in the market at present. If the amount is sufficient, it can be added for a short time or even for a long time after one time.
Then in accordance with the daily maintenance items, you can add the following first-level maintenance tasks. At present, the forklift manufacturing industry is in the world's largest and most promising market and has certain development potential. At the same time, a series of derivative industries such as forklift maintenance industry have become indispensable new industries nowadays. Then repair and maintenance can be divided into primary forklift maintenance and secondary forklift maintenance.
1. Check whether the thermostat is working properly.
2. Check whether the shifting work of the transmission is normal.
3. Check the tightness of the fan belt.
4. Check whether the filter screen at the oil inlet of the diesel tank is blocked or damaged, and clean or replace the filter screen.
5. Check and adjust the valve clearance.
6. Check and adjust the gap between the brake pads of the hand and foot brakes and the brake drum.
7. Check whether the generator and starter motor are installed firmly, whether the wiring head is clean and firm, and whether the carbon brush and commutator are worn.
8. Replace the oil in the oil pan, check whether the crankcase ventilation pipe is intact, and clean the oil filter and diesel filter element.
9. Check the cylinder pressure or vacuum degree.
10. Check whether the wheel is installed firmly, whether the tire pressure meets the requirements, and remove the sundries embedded in the tread.
11. Parts are disassembled due to maintenance work, and a forklift road test shall be carried out after reassembly.
(1) The braking performance under different degrees should be free from deviation or snaking. On steep slopes, after the hand brake is tightened, it can stop reliably.
(2) Listen to whether the engine is running under acceleration, deceleration, heavy load or no load, and whether there is any abnormal sound.
(3) After the road test for a period of mileage, check the brakes, transmission, front axle housing, and gear pump for overheating.
(4) Whether the lifting speed of the fork frame is normal and whether there is tremor.
12. Check whether the multi-way reversing valve, lifting cylinder, tilt cylinder, steering cylinder and gear pump work normally.
