Introduction

Before using the car in summer, be sure to check the oil quantity, color and smell of the lubricating oil. If it is found that the lubricating oil is not enough, blackened, and has a burnt smell, it needs to be replaced in time. It is also very important to purchase original oil products through formal channels!

Oil viscosity should be appropriate

If the viscosity is too high, it will "roll over"

Forklift drivers will find that the oil pressure of the forklift truck is always low in summer. In order to "pull back" the value of the oil pressure gauge, many masters will replace the lubricating oil with extremely high viscosity; but the value of the oil pressure gauge increases, the forklift truck But there was a problem, and the power seemed to be more and more "weak".

That is because the blind pursuit of high-viscosity lubricating oil will increase the surface friction of engine parts, resulting in increased fuel consumption and energy waste. Moreover, when the viscosity of the lubricating oil is too high, its flow speed will be relatively slow, causing the engine to overheat, and the oil film cannot be formed between the engine parts in time, causing wear and tear to the engine.

The viscosity of lubricating oil will decrease with the increase of temperature. In summer, lubricating oil with a slightly higher viscosity grade can be appropriately selected to maintain the viscosity, but the misunderstanding of "the higher the viscosity is, the better" should be avoided. Under the condition of ensuring sufficient lubrication, the lubricating oil with the corresponding viscosity should be selected according to the temperature range, engine temperature and actual vehicle conditions during use.

Essential antifreeze for summer

Replacing with water will "roll over"

Many forklift drivers think that it is only necessary to add antifreeze in winter, and it is enough to add some tap water to the forklift in summer.

Water is somewhat corrosive and prone to scale, but antifreeze contains anti-corrosion and anti-rust additives, and the cooling system plays a protective role. Compared with the boiling point of water is only 100 ℃, the boiling point of antifreeze is above 120 ℃, the use of antifreeze can prevent the forklift from "boiling" in summer.

Good quality antifreeze not only has strong low temperature resistance, but also has good high temperature resistance and anti-corrosion, rust removal and other functions. It is absolutely not advisable to use water instead of antifreeze!

The oil replacement cycle is different for different models and under different working conditions, and the maintenance cycle should be determined by referring to the maintenance instructions of the specific forklift model.

Only use original high-quality oil to ensure the stable performance of the forklift.
