How to do maintenance for electrical system of the high lifting telescopic forklift?
●If the wire is in a humid environment or the insulator is damaged, the electrical system is prone to leakage, resulting in dangerous accidents.
●Maintenance of components related to electrical system:
1) Check the tightness and damage of fan belt;
2) Check the height of the liquid level in the battery or the color of the state of charge indicator.
Note: if the "Maintenance free lead acid battery" is used, the battery cover is equipped with an indicator to show the state of charge of the battery. When the indicator is green, the battery can be used normally; When the indicator is black, the battery should be charged in time; When the indicator is white, it should be replaced immediately.
●Do not remove any electrical components on the machine at will.
●It is not allowed to add any other electrical components to the machine.
●When cleaning the complete machine or working in rain and snow environment, keep the electrical system dry.
●During operation at the seaside, the corrosion of the electrical system by sea water shall be prevented.
●Never connect the standby power supply with fuse, starting switch or battery relay.
