Safety Operation of SOCMA telescopic forklift:
a. It is dangerous if the telehandler is operated wrongly.The operator should develop a habit of safe operation and a sense of dangerous situations.
b. The operator have to be familiar with all control devices and their operations and functions.
c. Do not swithch on or operator the telehandler unless sitting on the seat.
e. Know the limitation and condition of use,keep the telehandler under control.Do not be too fast when operating the device.
f. Pedestrian safety first.Pay attention to observe whether there are pedestrians near the target cargo and on the driving route.
g. Do not let anybody stand under the telescopic boom(loaded and unloaded) and on the driving route.
h. No body can get on telehandler without permission.
i. Before the operator leave the seat:
1)Stop the telehandler
2)Put the joystick in neutral
3)Close the brake
4)Lower the telescopic boom totally
5)Shut down the engine and all control device when the operator leaves
6)If the telehandler is on a ramp,use a wheel wedge.
7)Check the headroom before driving through the wire and bridge,in and out of building.
8) The roof guard is for falling object protection,while it can not defense all.So be careful whenever handling goods.
9)Do not change or add anything on the telehandler
