In 2020, global forklift sales will achieve steady growth, with China accounting for 39.18%. Hangcha Group and Anhui Heli's forklift operations are improving

In the long-term period from 2008 to 2020, the global share of domestic forklift companies' sales has increased from 18% to 39.18%, and both production and sales are at the highest level in the world. The sales of Chinese forklift companies accounted for 77.04% of the market share in Asia.

At present, domestic forklift trucks have gradually changed from being dominated by new demand in the early stages of development to a market space dominated by artificial replacement and product upgrades driven by the demand for environmental protection, energy saving and intelligence. With the upgrading of the domestic industry, the improvement of the quality of workers and the corresponding increase in labor costs, the domestic replacement of basic manual handlers has become the driving force for the high growth of the forklift industry in the future in the medium and long cycle.

    From the perspective of the concentration of the forklift industry, the CR10 of China's forklift industry in 2020 is 91.1%, an increase of 7.9 percentage points from 2019, and the industry concentration has further increased. Among them, Anhui Heli and Hangcha Group are firmly ranked first and second in the forklift industry, with a combined market share of over 50% in 2020, showing a "double leading" pattern.

From the perspective of the concentration of the electric forklift industry, the concentration of China's electric forklift industry will further increase in 2020, and the CR6 of the electric forklift industry will increase from 72.5% in 2019 to 78.0%. Zhejiang Zhongli, Hangcha Group, Nuoli, Anhui Heli, China Longgong, and BYD accounted for 16.3%, 15.9%, 18.3%, 15.1%, 7.6%, and 4.9%, respectively. From 2016 to 2020, the sales volume of Hangcha Group and Anhui Heli's forklift trucks both increased year by year. In 2020, the sales volume of Hangcha Group's forklift trucks was 207,189 units, an increase of 48.59% year-on-year; Anhui Heli's forklift truck sales volume was 220,678 units, an increase of 44.82% year-on-year.
