Installation position: the lower end is installed on the lower beam of the outer mast, and the lower end is installed on the cylinder seat of the inner mast.
Under the action of oil pressure, the thrust of the piston rod lifts the cargo to the required height through the chain, and the cargo and the fork are lowered by their own gravity. The hydraulic oil generated by the piston and the cylinder wall leaks and flows back to the fuel tank from the oil return pipe at the upper end of the cylinder. , The piston rod should be kept from damage during use, and a good seal should be maintained.
-Fork Tilt Cylinder
Structure: Double acting piston type
Function: The power device that drives the goods of the forklift to tilt forward and backward, which is used to facilitate loading and unloading of goods.
Installation position: the rear end is installed on the frame oil cylinder support, and the front end is installed on the outer mast oil cylinder support.
Under the action of oil pressure, the tilting cylinder is pushed forward, the fork is tilted forward, and when it is retracted, the fork is tilted backward.
Tilt angle: 6°/12°
Hydraulic Auxiliary Device
-Hydraulic tank
It is used to store hydraulic oil and play the role of hydraulic heat dissipation. It is located in the middle of the body. Equipped with oil suction and oil return filter devices to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.
-Pipe joints and seals
The pipelines and joints connect the entire hydraulic system to form a system circuit and play a connecting role. The seals ensure the airtightness of the whole system. The main seals are: combined gasket and O-ring, etc.
