We often encounter equipment loading, transportation, installation and other work. Whether it is hoisting with a pick rod or mechanical hoisting, we should pay attention to the following points:

(1) For the rolling method of loading and unloading mobile equipment for soil construction, the thickness of the rollers should be the same, and the annual length should be 50cm longer than the width of the supporting row. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves to fill the rollers. When loading and unloading the truck, the slope of the piping should not be greater than 20°, the raceway should be flat and solid, the joints should be staggered, the rolling speed should not be too fast, and a slippery rope should be used if necessary.

(2) During the installation process, if any problem is found, measures should be taken in time, and then continue to lift.

(3) When the large tower equipment is hoisted with a chopping rod, multiple winches must be operated in combination, and the winching speed of each winch must be roughly the same, and it is necessary to ensure that the force on each lifting point on the tower body tends to be roughly uniform, so as to avoid the force on the tower body. Uneven and deformed.

(4) When the tower tank is hoisted by the slewing method or the overturning method, the hinge arm installed at the bottom of the tower body must have the ability to resist the horizontal thrust generated during the hoisting process. When the height is in place, let it fall into the foundation slowly to avoid accident and deformation.

(5) When installing equipment on the frame or building, its strength and stability should meet the requirements of installation conditions. After the equipment is installed and positioned, it must be connected and fastened or welded according to the requirements of the drawings. Only after the strength and stability required by the design can be met, the hook can be released. Otherwise, temporary fixing is required.
