Proper maintenance of the truck will prolong the service life of the truck. During maintenance, mainly check oil, remove air and lubrication.

It is best to check the oil level every six months. The newly injected oil into the rubber container shall be 5mm lower than the liquid level, and the goods must be at the lowest position when adding oil. To replace the seal, air may enter the hydraulic system, place the control lever in the lowest position, and then swing the handle more than ten times. Lubricate the movable part with motor oil or lubricating oil. In addition, attention should be paid to daily inspection and maintenance. The inspection of the truck can reduce wear as much as possible. Special attention should be paid to the control of wheels, axles, forks, lifting and lowering. Whenever the work is completed, the fork should be empty and lowered to the lowest position.

Daily maintenance measures are generally:

1. Daily maintenance after each shift.

2. For level-1 technical maintenance, after working for 100 hours, the one shift system is equivalent to 2 weeks.

3. After 500 hours of secondary technical maintenance, the one shift system is equivalent to one quarter.
