The main performance mechanism features are as follows:

(1) Power transmission system

1. Engine

Weichai WP10G220E343 turbo charged diesel engine is adopted. It has good 162kw power performance, large torque reserve, good economy and low fuel consumption and oil consumption. It is a high-quality product carefully designed, manufactured and verified for the working conditions of industrial vehicles. Engine emissions meet China's phase III standards.

The power system adopts two-way damping technology and elastic suspension to effectively overcome the resonance between the power system and the frame and reduce the noise and fatigue damage of the power system.

2. Hydraulic transmission.

SOCMA gear transmission is adopted, and the proportional distribution valve is installed, so the gear shift is smooth and the loss of output efficiency is less. Tested by the market, it is a relatively stable transmission assembly.

3. Drive axle

The self-made heavy fork drive axle and steering axle are specially designed for the special working conditions of forklift. The axle housing has high strength, large bearing capacity, strong anti pollution ability, good heat dissipation, reliable performance, stable quality, embedded disc braking, and has good performance and cost performance

4. Frame / mast / shelf: they are designed through finite element analysis. All stress points are simulated and calculated by the professional stress cloud diagram of Quanzhou Equipment Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The multiple is high and the structural design is optimized, so as to make the whole vehicle more stable and. 

Heat dissipation system: the three row high-capacity water tank of Jiangsu Hengli is adopted, which has reliable quality, good heat dissipation and superior heat dissipation performance to ensure that all system components can work under good temperature conditions, effectively reduce the failure rate of the whole vehicle and improve the reliability of the whole vehicle. The independent heat dissipation system is adopted to save energy and has the function of reverse cleaning at the same time.


4. High pressure pipeline: The products produced have been strictly tested and meet the standard of replacing imported parts. All rubber hoses adopt international well-known brands.

Steering system: the load sensing full hydraulic steering system is adopted. The priority valve supplies the hydraulic oil provided by the working pump to the steering system and the working system respectively. When the main engine turns, the pump mainly meets the pressure and flow requirements of the steering system, which improves the systematization.

(3) Braking system

The pneumatic hydraulic braking system is adopted, and the air top oil pressurization technology is used, so the braking force is reliable and stable, the accumulator is pressurized, and the braking capacity is reliable. It can be used in any environment with convenient maintenance. The one button electronic parking brake is light, and the parking effect is twice that of the traditional hand-pull brake.

(4) Cab and control system

The new luxurious and comfortable cab has sealed vibration reduction, sound insulation and noise reduction, large internal space, wide field of vision and beautiful interior. The joystick and instrument panel are arranged according to the principle of ergonomics. The joystick and button switch are within reach, and comfortable suspension seats are equipped to keep the driver comfortable all the time and make the operation easier. The cab is equipped with cooling and heating air conditioner and multi window three-dimensional air supply, that is, rapid defrosting, which fully meets the needs of the operator for cooling and heating.

The seat and direction indicator are freely adjustable, equipped with electric fan, emergency hammer, fire extinguisher, anti-skid floor mat, front and rear wipers, and the fully sealed design of the cab reflects the design concept of "people-oriented" everywhere and provides a comfortable working environment for the operator.

(5) Fork: brand cascat

Technical highlights of 20t heavy lift truck:

The whole vehicle is designed as a heavy-duty vehicle. The frame, mast and shelf have been subjected to professional finite element stress analysis. It is easy to use and has strong overload carrying capacity.

Good heat balance temperature of engine and gearbox: when the ambient temperature is 40 ℃, the water and heat balance temperature of engine is below 95 ℃ and the temperature and heat balance of transmission oil is below 90 ℃, which can better solve the common faults such as oil leakage and water leakage caused by the aging of seals, early wear of engine and powerless transmission (insufficient power transmission).

Optimized design of gantry, wide vision: optimize the design of gantry system, with small gantry clearance and compact structure, which provides a spacious front vision for the operator, which is conducive to the improvement of workability and work efficiency.

It can be customized according to user requirements (gantry height, accessories, quick rack change, free lifting)

Electronic button parking brake, one key switch, the parking effect is several times that of ordinary hand brake, and the use process of the equipment is more convenient.
