1.10ton furnace-charging vehicle Introduction
The HNF series heavy-duty forklifts are SOCMA's flagship products, which it developed independently. The vehicle's key components are manufactured by well-known local or worldwide brands. The structure of the furnace-charging vehicle consists of three main parts: the body, the hopper and the lifting frame. The carriage completes its travel and turning movements. The lifting part completes the parallel lifting and tilting action of the hopper; The telescopic scraping mechanism completes the action of scraping out the material in the hopper.

The furnace-charging vehicle is powered by a Cummins engine, with strong power and convenient maintenance. The operator controls the lifting and tilting of the charging hopper and the telescopic movement of the scraping wing by means of two operating handles. The charging operation of the furnace-charging vehicle is carried out by the operator via a multifunctional joystick in the cab. The control of the travel and direction of the furnace-charging vehicle is hydraulically controlled, with precise control through proportional valves, resulting in low manipulation force and low intensity of worker operation. Charging hopper replacement is convenient and fast, can quickly replace the hopper.
