Technical Description

General

Type HNRS450 reach stackers are designed to lift and transport

containers between 20 ft and 40 ft in length and at weights up to 45

tonnes.

Maximum travel speed is 25 k.p.h. loaded,28 k.p.h. unloaded, and

maximum climbing gradient is 30.9%. The handler has automatic

self-levelling and sway damping, 95°/185° rotation and +/- 800 mm

sideshift.

Engine

The trucks are fitted with a Cummins 11 litre liquid cooled, 6

cylinder turbocharged direct injection diesel engine which develops

a rated output of 250 kW maximum engine torque is attained at

1100 rpm. The engine draws fuel from two tanks fitted in the chassis
