Electrical system:
The electrical system of this telehandler is equipped with combined headlamp, rear headlamp, working headlamp, cab ceiling lamp, side lamp, direction indicator lamp, brake lamp, instrument lamp, water sprayer, wiper, electric fan, main power switch, etc. Among them, the combined headlamp has high and low light, so as to ensure the operation and driving requirements.
In addition to the brake lights, they are all controlled by the combined seesaw switch.
Shift control lever:
This lever controls the direction and speed of the telescopic forklift.
The forklift adopts a four speed gearbox of the front two and the back two. Put the control lever in the proper position to get the corresponding speed.
How to drive this 7t 4WD telehandler?
●Operate the lifting and tilting handle to make each cylinder perform two or three full stroke actions, then lift the boom a little, and the fork is about 110mm above the ground.
●Continue to press the brake pedal.
●Put the reversing lever into forward gear or reverse gear.
●The parking brake button is ON.
●While releasing the brake pedal, slowly step down the travelling pedal.
●The speed can be adjusted only by the stepping force of the travelling pedal.
●When shifting between high and low speed, set the shift control lever in neutral position.
●Change the driving direction (forward to backward or backward to forward) must step on the brake pedal after the vehicle stops.
