The energy control system independently developed by the four new products can realize direct control, global power matching, oil supply on demand and reduce throttling, overflow and other losses. Through the coordinated control of multiple motors, the motor load is reasonable, the energy management is optimized and the efficient operation is ensured; At the same time, when working in time-sharing, it can automatically stop at idle speed to reduce the energy consumption of motor and pump idling.
Among them, hnf250-el pure electric heavy-duty forklift is a new product independently developed by South China heavy industry based on variable speed positive flow control system. It only needs oil supply on demand and can reduce throttling and overflow losses. Various negative loads can be regenerated for power generation. Based on the energy recovery of power lithium battery, the energy utilization rate of the whole machine can be improved.
In terms of electric control, through the composite energy storage of lithium iron phosphate battery and hydraulic accumulator, it can charge for one hour and work for eight hours. The battery has a service life of more than 8 years, can cycle deep charge and discharge more than 4000 times, has zero emission, zero pollution, low noise, low use cost, and reduces the fuel consumption by 30% compared with traditional construction machinery. Compared with ternary lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery has good thermal stability, does not release oxygen, effectively solves the risk of spontaneous combustion and explosion caused by thermal runaway, and greatly improves the safety performance. The maintenance cost is lower, and there is no need for regular maintenance of the diesel engine, such as oil change, three filters, etc.
