ii, High-Voltage Safety management:
a, Independent R&D of high-voltage management unit to comprehensively control the high-voltage power on and off process, so as to keep you away from potential safety hazards
b, Self insulation design-All high-voltage components, including battery packs, Electric motors, Motor controllers and other on-board electrical appliances, adopt
high-grade insulation materials.
c, Emergency power off design-After an emergency occurs, the sensors will immediately feed back to the VCU and send instructions to the BMS through the VCU. BMS cuts off the main power circuit. At this time, except for the inside of the battery pack, other components have no high-voltage power.
d, High voltage interlock design-In case of abnormal connection at any point on the high-voltage circuit, a fault alarm will occur, and the high-voltage will be cut off immediately.
e, Insulation resistance test-The independent detection module detects the insulation resistance value between the high- voltage components and the vehicle body in real time. In case of any abnormality, the VCU immediately cuts off the main contactor.
