How to prevent oil leakage of forklift?
1. Carefully dispose of various gaskets
Such as oil pan or valve cover, it is difficult to compact because of the large touch area, which can cause oil leakage. There is oil leakage at the rear oil seal of the crankshaft, and the oil will enter the clutch, which will not only consume oil, but also stain, slip and burn the clutch plate.
2. Tighten all nuts according to the repair standard
The gasket will leak oil if it is too loose and not tightly pressed; Over tightening will make the metal around the screw hole bulge or screw thread slip, resulting in oil leakage. If the oil drain plug of the oil pan (tank shell) is not tightened or loosened, it will simply cause a lot of oil loss, and then the incident of "burning tile and holding shaft" will occur.
3. Replace the failed oil seal in time
The oil seal device is improper, and the shaft journal is different from the oil seal edge, which is very simple to throw oil due to deflection; After long-term use, some will lose elasticity due to rubber aging, damage and cracking of sealing lip or failure of self tightening tension spring, which will lose oil sealing effect. Qualified accessories shall be corrected or replaced according to standards.
4. Replace severely worn parts in time
For example, if the cylinder liner, piston and piston ring are worn to a certain extent, the high-pressure gas in the incineration chamber will flow into the crankcase.
5. Repair and replace the main bearing in time
When the cooperation gap between the main bearing and the journal is too large, the front and rear oil seals will lose their tightness due to the impact effect of the crankshaft, resulting in oil leakage from the crankshaft head or oil leakage into the clutch, and then contaminating the friction plate, resulting in slip and operation failure.
6. Prevent the check valve and vent valve from blocking
This kind of valve hole plugging is easy to increase the temperature and pressure in the box shell, add the piston movement resistance and fuel consumption, fill the whole space with oil and gas, and shorten the addition and replacement cycle of smooth fuel consumption. Because of the effect of the air pressure difference in the box shell, oil leakage is often caused at the thin seal. Check, dredge and clean regularly to keep the check valve and vent valve unblocked.
7. Properly solve the sealing of various oil pipe joints
The pipe connecting nut is often disassembled, which is simply loosened due to the broken thread of the sliding wire, resulting in poor accuracy of the bell mouth of the two joints, poor touch due to the non coincidence of the center line of the conical surface, and non coincidence due to different taper, resulting in oil leakage. Tighten and compact the nut after grinding the pipe joint and sealing the bell mouth or clamping the thin copper leather on the two conical surfaces to ensure the sealing.
8. Prevent the hub from throwing oil
When there is too much grease in the hub bearing and cavity, or the hub oil seal device is improper, poor quality, aging failure and frequent braking, resulting in too high hub temperature and loose half shaft nut, the hub will shed oil. The cavity smoothing method (i.e. appropriate smoothing) shall be selected to dredge the air vent, reasonably apply the brake, strictly select high-quality accessories, and install and adjust them according to the technical standards.
