The telescopic boom can be loaded and luffed. The take-off and landing of the container is completed by the boom telescopic and luffing. When the boom is extended and the pitch cylinder is extended, its lifting speed is faster. When it is lowered, it is locked at the same time to obtain a faster lowering speed. During operation, the whole vehicle walking, luffing and boom telescopic actions can be realized at the same time, with high work efficiency.
