Main Features:

1, Equip with lithium battery made by CATL, the product have features of energy saving and environmental protection,  the power system is optimized to meet the requirements of high efficient operation.

2, The energy consumption of the whole machine is reduced by the way of recovery of braking energy.

3, The protection grade of the whole machine is IP67, the motor has an eight-year warranty, the battery can be fully charged and discharged more than 4000 times, with high reliability and long service life.

4, Hydraulic System

a, Adopt full hydraulic load sensing steering device, high and low speed steering performance is consistent, the control is light and flexible,  good performance of linear travel

b, Internal gear pump, priority valve sharing, steering priority, high efficiency in energy saving

c, Equip with Oil radiator and back pressure protection device to the hydraulic system to ensure the thermal balance of the whole machine;

d, Additional driving gearbox with coaxial connection between pump motor and traveling motor, to increase the surging force of the whole machine when shoveling.

5, Using articulated frame that reduce turning radius, flexible, suitable for all operating condition.

6, Adopt double rocker arm to reverse six connecting rod mechanism, that bring with big lifting force, strong shovel cutting and high working efficiency.

Installation & maintenance

SOCMA is able to provide you with overall installation of complicated machinery and equipment, for example-heavy duty forklift, reach stacker etc, allowing you to start the normal operation of these machinery immediately. After installation, we will make inspection of the whole machine, operate equipment, and provide you with testing data reports of installation and operation.

Which payment terms can we accept?

Normally we can work T/T term or L/C term.

On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against the copy of original B/L for old client.

On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without “soft clauses” can be accepted. Please seek the advice from the individual sales manager whom you work with.
