Different from the steel belt transmission used in the automobile CVT, the CVT gearbox of the heavy forklift that South China Heavy Industry pioneered in China adopts a mechanical and hydraulic composite transmission method, which is a new torque transmission method. The torque output by the engine is first split into mechanical and static pressure parts for variable speed and torque transmission, and then merges to the output shaft.
