Forklift Technical Parameters:

1, rated starting weight: Forklift's rated starting weight refers to the cargo center of gravity to the fork front wall distance is not greater than the load centre distance, allow the lifting of the maximum weight of the goods, to T (ton) indicated.
When the weight of the goods on the fork exceeds the specified load center distance, due to the limit of vertical stability of forklift, the weights should be reduced correspondingly.

2, load center distance: Load center distance refers to the fork on the standard goods placed, the center of gravity arrived at the vertical segment of the front wall of the horizontal distance T, mm (mm).For 1T to 4T forklift, the load center distance is 500mm.
3, the largest lifting height: The largest lifting height is in the flat solid ground, forklift full load, the goods rise to the highest position, the fork horizontal section of the upper surface from the forklift on the horizontal floor of the vertical distance.

4, door frame inclination: gantry tilt refers to the load-free forklift in the flat solid ground, the door frame relative to its vertical position forward or backward maximum tilt. Increasing the maximum lifting speed can improve the operation efficiency, but the lifting speed is too fast, and it is easy to damage the cargo and machine damage accidents.
At present, the maximum lifting speed of domestic forklift has been raised to 20m/min.

6, the highest driving speed: to improve the speed of the forklift to improve the operational efficiency of a great impact.For an internal-combustion forklift with a weight of 1T, the minimum driving speed is not less than 17m/min when loaded.

7. Minimum turning radius: When the forklift is running at low speed and turning over the steering wheel, the minimum distance between the most outer and the innermost to the turning center is called the minimum outer turning radius rmin and the minimum inner turning radius rmin.
The smaller the minimum outside turning radius, the smaller the floor area needed for the forklift to turn, and the better the maneuverability.

8. Minimum ground clearance: The minimum ground clearance is the distance from the wheel, the fixed lowest point of the body to the floor, it means that the forklift has no collision to cross the ground raised obstacles.The greater the minimum ground clearance, the higher the passing of the forklift.

9. Wheelbase and track: Forklift wheelbase refers to the horizontal distance of the center line of the front and rear axle of the forklift. The track is the distance between the center of the left and right wheels on the same axis. The increase of wheelbase is advantageous to the longitudinal stability of forklift, but the length of the car body increases and the minimum turning radius increases.
Increasing the tread is advantageous to the lateral stability of the forklift, but the overall width and the minimum turning radius of the vehicle are increased.

10, the right angle channel minimum width: the angle channel minimum width is the refers forklift truck to go to and fro the angle intersecting channel's minimum width. expressed in mm.
The general right angle channel minimum width is smaller, the performance is better.

11, the minimum width of the stacking channel: The minimum width of the stacking channel is the minimum width of the channel when the forklift is in normal operation.
