Advantages of internal combustion forklift

The radiator system includes the radiator and the air shield. The radiator is also called the water tank. It consists of three parts: the water inlet chamber, the water outlet chamber and the radiator core. The cooling fluid (water) flows in the radiator core, and the air passes outside the core of the radiator, so that the heat absorbed by the cooling water from the internal combustion engine can be passed to the outside air, so that the cooling water temperature falls down to circulate again. The function of the wind shield is to make the air absorbed by the fan pass through the radiator to improve the efficiency of the fan.

Diesel, gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas engines are used as power for internal combustion forklift trucks. The load capacity is 1.2 to 8 tons. The width of the operation channel is generally 3.5 to 5 meters. Considering the exhaust emission and noise problems, it is usually used in outdoor, workshop or other places with no special requirements for exhaust emission and noise. Because of the convenience of fuel replenish, it can achieve long time continuous operation and be able to work in harsh environment (such as rainy days).


If the pump work is not normal or the center distance between the driving wheel and the passive wheel is not correct, the belt slack, the speed of the passive wheel descends, the speed of the pump drops, the flow of the pump drops, or the pipeline clogging between the cylinder liner of the internal combustion engine makes the water flow unobstructed; or the whole system is out of failure, so that the whole system water follows the water. The above factors will cause the internal temperature of the internal combustion engine to rise sharply and cause the cooling system to overheat. In addition, because of other faults such as incorrect ignition time, the internal combustion engine also causes the cooling system to overheat.
